MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct
the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders placed before 3.30 pm Monday - Friday will leave the same day providing we have stock and no payment issues. Please see below for a list of delivery services we provide. If you have any queries or

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd Online Returns Policy & Procedure
If you would like to return an item please call 02032896220 or email customer-services @skinpep.com to receive our returns address.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and
pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage to provide proof to us that you have returned the
goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the
goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will only be made against the original Credit/Debit/Paypal Account used
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge
you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of your returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the canceled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Please Note:
We cannot and will not accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
Cosmetic products are for external use only. Despite the pure and natural nature of our products, some people react or are allergic to certain substances. Whilst allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant ailments if any. Consult with your doctor before using any new skincare or nutritional supplement products if you are prone to sensitivities.
Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever

Product Subscriptions
Our Subscription services. Where your Order is a “Subscribe and Save” purchase (a Subscription, with you being a Subscriber), every 1,2,3 or 4 Months (depending on your chosen Product and time period), we will deliver to you the Product purchased respectively until you cancel your Subscription. Please note that by purchasing a 1,2,3 or 4 Month Subscription, you acknowledge that the
Subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation (see details about canceling your Subscription).
Cancelling your Subscription. You can cancel your Subscription at any time but please be aware of the following:
If you cancel before 7 am UK time on any given day, your Subscription will terminate on that day. If you cancel after 7 am on any given day, Your subscription will terminate the following day.
Please be aware of when you have Subscription Orders scheduled to be processed. Provided that you cancel your Subscription by the day before your order is processed, (i.e. before midnight on the day before your order is processed), you will not be sent or charged for your next scheduled, nor any future, Product you have subscribed to, unless you restart your Subscription or make a one-time purchase. If you cancel your Order after midnight on the day before your order is processed, you will be sent and charged for the next scheduled Product you had subscribed for, but you will not be sent or charged for any future orders unless you restart your Subscription or make a one-time purchase; and
If you opt for the Subscription of a Product and cancel before we process and charge for your second delivery of the same Product, you may be charged for the difference between a one-time purchase of this Product and the discounted price offered as part of a Subscription.
For example, if you opt for the monthly subscription of our 300g Marine mix collagen powder and cancel before we process and charge for your second shipment, you may be charged for the difference between a one-time purchase of a 300g Marine mix collagen powder and the discounted price of the 300g Marine mix collagen powder.
At the time of writing, a one-time purchase is £24.99 per pack and the monthly Subscription is £19.99 per pack and you may therefore be charged £4.00. This is to reflect the discount provided to regular customers.
