Online Returns Policy & Procedure

If you would like to return an item, please call email customer-services @ skinpep.com to receive our returns address.

1. Standard Returns & Eligibility
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original, unopened, and unused condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot and will not accept returned goods that have been opened, unsealed, or used. This includes products where the outer heat-shrink seal or internal freshness seal has been broken.

2. Subjective Reactions, Health & Liability

  • Buyer Due Diligence: It is the responsibility of the customer to review all ingredients and nutritional information provided on the product page prior to purchase.
  • Taste, Smell & Texture: Flavor and palatability are entirely subjective. A dislike of the taste, texture, or smell of a product does not constitute a product fault or "false advertising." We do not offer refunds or prepaid return labels for opened supplements based on personal preference.
  • Allergies & Sensitivities: Because every individual reacts differently to various formulations, an allergic reaction or skin sensitivity does not constitute a product fault or a manufacturing defect.
  • Product Variations: As many of our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in color or taste may occur between batches; these variations do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
  • General Liability: Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury, or expense of any nature whatsoever. Each user waives and releases Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to the usage of their products.

3. Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: If you return items for reasons other than confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us at your own expense.
  • Proof of Postage & Tracking: Please ensure you obtain and retain a Proof of Postage and use a tracked delivery service. This is your evidence that the goods were returned in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. Examples of acceptable services include Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, or similar tracked courier services. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit that were not sent via a tracked service.
  • Initial Delivery Charges: Please note that the initial delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Collection Charges: If you cancel your order but do not return the goods within 14 days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and charge you for the direct costs of collection.

4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected (provided it is in its original, unopened condition), we will refund the price paid for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days. Refunds will only be made against the original Credit/Debit/PayPal account used.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
In the event of a manufacturing defect or an incomplete/incorrect delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange a resolution. For all other standard returns, the buyer remains responsible for all shipping costs.

Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever
which may be suffered by you or any third party as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly.

Each user waives and releases Nutritional Science Solutions Ltd to the full extent permitted by law from any and all claims relating to theusage of their products.
