I’ve been using this roller for around 1 month. I chose the 0.5mm size and use it mostly on thinning parts of my head, but occasionally on my beard too.
Firstly, it’s painful and uncomfortable, but not unbearable. I’ve noticed small hair growths after around 3 weeks of use, nothing major but identifiable as new growth.
Would recommend it to those who are thinning or want to encourage hair growth because it seems to work

My skin has improved and my bones are much stronger. As one gets older your bones get frail but taking these products will improve any aging symptoms. I recommend These products.

Neutral taste compared to others I have tried. I'm 50 and I'm hoping it will help keep my joints in good condition, if it puts collagen back into my skin that will be a bonus. Time will tell.

I have been using this Marine Collagen since June 2023. After a few weeks, I did notice my skin improving ( 48 years old white female) but a few months down the line my hairdresser noticed new hair growing all over my head, now 7 months later I have several centimeters of new hair grow which is marvelous news at my age.I will be taking two teaspoons of this Marine Collagen in my morning coffee forever. I, mix my Skinpep Marine Collagen granules with milk and then pour in coffee, there is no flavor to this product you just need to stick with it and you will see improvement somewhere in your body.
